2. Certified Associate in Project Management CAPM®

Our courseware aligns with the Project Management Body of Knowledge ( PMBOK® Guide). These PMBOK aligned titles can be used toward the contact hour requirement, which is a prerequisite to sit for the Certification Exams (23 contact hours for CAPM).

 

This 4-day interactive course is intended for team members, new Project Managers and graduate and undergraduate students who wish to gain the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) Certification.

 

This is an internationally recognized certificate which ensures common language, terminology, processes and methodology in projects.

 

The 4- day interactive course covers all five Process Groups (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Close) as well as the nine Knowledge Areas (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement) and CAPM Professional Responsibility.

 

The course has two main objectives:

- To learn about good Project Management practices based on the PMBOK® GUIDE
